What happens if I go to the office only 3 times a week or on an ad hoc basis?
–If you already paid: ➔ Your monthly fee will be pro-rated based on the days you didn’t travel. ➔ Refunds will be processed at the beginning of the next month.
–If you haven’t paid yet: ➔ Your invoice will be adjusted, and you’ll only pay for the days you traveled.
What happens if a colleague is late for pick-up?
The Transporter will leave the late colleague behind to avoid others arriving late at work.
⏱️ If the driver waited more than 5 minutes, the following applies:
➔ 50% of the trip’s value will be credited back to the late colleague.
➔ 50% will go to the driver to compensate for the waiting time.
What happens if I subscribe in the middle of the month?
If you subscribe on, say, 7th May 2025, your subscription will run up to 6th June 2025.
You can choose to settle the amount either:
➔ Upon subscribing on the 7th,
➔ Or at the end of your subscription period (6th June 2025).
